Szechuan Style Stir Fry Vegetables
Mum's House
Use any combination of vegetables for this dish. Here I have used red, green and yellow peppers, mushrooms, mange tout and savoy cabbage. Good as a side dish to a main meal.

Ingridents:
* 1 Red, green and yellow pepper
* 85g Flat mushrooms
* 1/8th Savoy cabbage
* 42g Mante tout
* 1 Small white onion
* 1 tsp Minced garlic paste
* 1/2 Jar spicy szechuan sauce
* 1 Tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
Steps:
1. Slice up all the vegetables.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and add minced garlic.
3. Stir fry and allow vegetables to soften slightly.
4. Pour in the spicy szechuan sauce and remove from the heat when the sauce starts to bubble and the vegetables are al dente.
