Prawns in Spring Onion and Ginger Sauce
Mum's House
Prawns in this recipe can be raw or cooked, preferably raw. If the prawns are barbecued in their shells they will taste a little more succulent. However, it is perfectly fine to peel the prawns first. They can also be cooked under a hot grill.

Ingredients
* fresh or cooked prawns (allow for 2-3 per person)
* jar of Spring Onion and Ginger Sauce
* lime or lemon wedges
* napkins
Preparation
1. Pour sauce into a shallow bowl and dip the prawns into the sauce before cooking on a hot grill.
2. Baste with more sauce whilst cooking the prawns.
3. Serve with lime or lemon wedges and plenty of napkins to clean fingers.
