Stir Fry Sweet Chilli Vegetables
Mum's House
A simple vegetable dish which can be made with whatever vegetables you have in the fridge. Remember to blanch chunky vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower first as they can take longer to cook.

Ingridents:
* A selection of vegetables, I have used chinese cabbage, pak choi and beansprouts
* 1 tsp Chopped garlic
* 1 tsp Chopped ginger
* 1 tsp Sesame oil
* 1 Tbsp light soya sauce
* 2-3 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
* 1 Tbsp peanut oil
Steps:
1. Heat oil in a wok and fry garlic and ginger until it starts to colour.
2. Add chinese leaves, pak choi and stir fry until al dente.
3. Add chilli sauce, sesame oil and beansprouts.
